Returns, Refunds & Replacements

We want you to be completely happy with your Zero Kal0ries order. We accept returns for damaged, incorrect, or defective products. For unopened items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. For damaged or wrong items, please report within 48 hours with photo or video proof.

Return Eligibility

Damaged or Wrong Item

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. We will replace the item or issue a full refund — no return shipping required on our error.

Unopened Product Returns

Accepted within 14 days of delivery. The product must be sealed and unused. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Opened Products

Opened items are only accepted for return where there is a manufacturing defect or safety issue. Each case will be evaluated individually.

Refund Timeline & Method

  • Refunds are processed after quality inspection within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds are issued to your bank account or as store credit — please specify your preference when raising the request.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email returns@zerokal0ries.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos or videos (if the item is damaged).
  2. We will issue an RMA (Return Authorization) code and return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the return address provided in the RMA email.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will confirm your refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened products (unless defective or a safety issue)
  • Perishable promotional items
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale (clearly marked at time of purchase)

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipping via My Account or by contacting support@zerokal0ries.com. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is treated as a return request under the policy above.

Legal Note

Under India's Consumer Protection Act, sellers are required to accept returns and provide remedies for defective or misrepresented goods in a timely manner.
